The therapist kept trying to charge me extra for service. The hairdresser roughly dried my hair rather than a blow dry as advertised. The salon was not very clean neither were the therapists very professionally. They pointed out my melasma in a very unprofessional way and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Nice back massage. FYI: You need to pay £10 extra for steam during facial and £10 extra if you want your feet soaked and scrubbed during the pedicure. The pedicure is not advertised as a 'dry' pedicure but, in this deal, the pedicure is dry with only nail & cuticle cut with nail Polish.
