The staff were not really that welcoming They need to work on their customer service The massage was ok but not what I expected Could have been better .Downstairs were they did the massage was cold . So I caugh a chill.

The heating is Always switched on. if you informed the therapist you were cold we could have offered you a blanket. Massage is detoxifying treatment which can sometimes make you feel a little chilly. we apologise for any inconvenience.

Mum has got facials and massages done in different places but she was dissapointed at Maariya's beauty. The owner hanged up her phone and ignored calls from her number. Facial was bad-hardly any effort-she kept leaving to attend to other clients Massage - mum had to keep telling her how she wants it. Poor service, sheets stanks ofoil, they told mum to ask for refund but the owner is IGNORING call

Hello, The massage was a 45 mins back, neck & shoulder massage. Our massage therapists are trained and highly qualified to offer the best massages. This was a Groupon offer so unfortunately you purchased a 45 mins facial which is a deep cleansing facial. This was included in the offer. Unfortunately this is not an advanced facial, but it has its benefits of cleansing and exfoliating. Your mother was abusing my staff, we do not tolerate abusive behaviour and language. She actually made the Therapist very upset. We have reported this. This information given is incorrect as I have checked my cctv footage. The therapist dealt with this in a professional manner and continued to finish her treatment. Another client also witnessed this.
