Today I had appointment for the facial. Firstly saloon was so clean and lady who done my facial was really kind and friendly. I feel like I meet with one of my friend:-) Facial itself was amazing. She apply lots of creams and massage was nonstop and perfect. It was so relaxing and good. Even I would say it was beyond my expectations. Definitely I will go back again and recommend friends Thank u

I chose this salon after reading all the reviews left by previous customers but unfortunately our experience was completely different. I would like to point out that all customers experiences will be different and some may have a better experience than what my daughter and I had. I visited another salon earlier in the day for my own facial and the experience there was absolutely amazing. The therapist and ladies there were very friendly and kind so when I visited Revive Beauty with my daughter the difference in behaviour made the experience here, unpleasant. I booked the facial with Revive Beauty as a gift for my daughter. I found the therapist to be very abrupt, with a tone of voice used that made her seem very rude and unfriendly. The atmosphere she created when we entered the salon and whilst communicating with me, was very cold and unwelcoming. To top it off, when I picked up my daughter after the facial, my daughter mentioned that it was not really a 60 minute facial. The therapist had left a mask on my daughters face for around 30 minutes doing nothing - so basically a 30 minute facial rather than the 60 minute stated. This was our own experience but other customers may have a better experience with Revive Beauty than the one my daughter and I experienced. I have been to many other salons with the environment being genuinely friendly but one thing is for certain, I will never be booking anything with this salon in the future and will be sharing my experience with friends and family, so they don't too.
