I came in the person literally asked me 'are you healthy' and gave me form to sign where there were overall things like usage of retinol, pregnancy, and many others that the person did not mention. In any other salon I have been there were giving me instructions before such a procedure and ask me for exmaple to not use retinol because it can make it worse. Then he looked at my skin and told me that he thinks another procedure would be better and that I would not have to come back for more series. Didn't even explain anything or the price was just assumed that I would take it. I started to ask questions and told him that I already had similar treatment and it didn't work and he started to promise me that this one 100% will work. By the way that procedure was 50GBP more that I felt was pushed mostly due to him wanting to earn more not due to real advice. Before I leave the salon my veins will be closed and he was insisting that it will 100% be done and I will not have to come back and I said that if you guarantee that then I agree. The procedure was unsuccessful, after 3 weeks, I feel that the veins are even more red than before the procedure. I contacted the salon and groupon. The salon offered to repeat theprocedure (which is pointless, the guy was promising that I will not have to come back and redo it), plus I can no longer have this procedure due to health problems, so I asked for the refund that the person denied completely. Groupon washed its hands too.

I attended Beauty Aesthetics and wellbeing clinic in Golders Green for my arranged mole removal procedure. I received a warm welcome. The procedure was faultless, very professional. I was also told what to expect from the procedure and how to treat the area at home. I will definitely be booking future treatments.
