The whole Norwich Dunston Hall spa area and changing rooms could do with a complete refurbishment. The place was just full on dirty. The pool was too cold and we were waiting for over half an hour in the bar for a latte and cup of tea.

We have been a few times . And it's always been fine .but just lately the changing room and spa area have been really dirty. And the steam room .it would put me off going again .which would be a shame as it local .

Just one comment perhaps a mum and baby spa on a day on their own. Not a relaxing day when babies are about!

Dunston Hall is a lovely place , on this day I had a voucher for myself and a friend for swimming, the bubble pool was being cleaned ,this was filled up but too cold to go into, the Turkish bath was also being cleaned so unable to use, so all and all this was not good , We had a coffee and a pastry the pastry’s are horrible and were not good enough to eat. Although this is cheaper the only thing you got was a swim and a coffee not the other bits, because it’s cheaper ok but if you paid full price you would want a full refund on this, I did mention this to the lad on the desk , but not really a response

Spa Day at Dunston Hall in Norwich. Would be ok value for money and I have been happy visiting before but this time the pool area and changing room showers were filthy. Not just unclean but really filthy. We were in the mens changing rooms temporarily due to a problem in the ladies but the showers smelt of eggs, there was hair all over the floors. The pool area was also dirty and could do with a deep clean. The hot tub was far to cold as was the pool.

Actually this was for Dunston Hall. the spa facilities as expected but when we arrived we were told there are no pastries available as they had run out and if we wanted some they would have to heat them up. We insisted on the pastries as there was no alternative, when pastries arrived they were cold so I think they meant defrosted. Not sure if they really wanted our business, if so they shouldn't advertise the offer. Would not recommend:(
