Massage was lovely and the staff are friendly. Food is also nice, a small range but good quality. The relaxation room was nice but could do with being warmer for a relaxation room. The facilities were a little disappointing compared to how nice the hotel is. The changing rooms are basic (apart from the lockers, they are digitised so make sure you remember which one you use!😂) and were a little grubby. The jacuzzi is cold but there is nice seating around the pool side. Again the pool/gym staff were friendly. If you want footwear bring your own or pay an additional £5 for theirs. On the whole for a spa day it was ok but a little pricey for what it is.
