What delivery options do Merrell offer?

Merrell offers two delivery options, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipped items are delivered free, within 3 to 5 working days from your order date; Express Shipped items are delivered at a cost of £5.50, within 2 working days.

Can I return items to Merrell?

Merrell accept returns for merchandise purchased through merrell.eu and that are in their original condition and received within 30 days of original purchase.

Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside the Merrell box and outside delivery package, if in suitable condition). For purchases made prior to January 1, 2019, please follow the instructions included in your package or contact Customer Service for additional information.

To make a return, insert the item in the original delivery box. If you no longer have the original delivery box, you may use another box. Close the box with packing tape and stick the new UPS label over the old UPS delivery label. Please make sure that no other delivery label is visible on the box.

You can then either drop off the package at a UPS Location or schedule a pick up. Instructions are given on the Merrell website.
