Currys offers an alternative way to pay through Curry's flexible credit account. Making your investment more affordable by spreading a single larger payment into multiple smaller instalments.

Curry's trade-in and recycling service

When upgrading to a new laptop or appliance, know you can save as much as £175 by trading in your old laptop at Currys. You can choose to trade in an old appliance and (if viable) receive a gift card for your effort. To see if your device, make and model can be exchanged, quickly enter your device details on Currys’ own ‘Trade-in’ page.

Alternatively, you can also choose to recycle your old machine with Currys instead. Currys will happily take your old model off your hands either in-store or when delivering your new item.

Curry's repairs & warranty

Most items will be covered under warranty, though it also offers Care & Repair plans for home appliances, gadgets and electronics. Currys Care & Repair plans are rarely discounted but it’s not uncommon for the retailer to provide a discount on your item if you agree to take out a plan at the time of purchase.

How do I use my Currys promo code?

Keep the cost of your new appliances to a minimum by following these quick guidelines before you buy:

1. Begin by choosing from our Currys promo codes and vouchers, pick one by clicking the corresponding ‘See Code’ or ‘Get Deal’ prompt.
2. If selecting a deal without a code, simply wait for our link to take you to the relevant Currys page where your deal is active.

The Currys returns policy

If you need to return something you bought from Currys, options differ depending on whether your initial purchase was made online or in-store. Either way, you’ll need to complete an online returns form.

Unwanted items can be returned within 21 days providing there are in an ‘as new’ condition and have original packaging intact. Faulty goods must be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If your product develops a fault outside of this period but within the warranty or product guarantee period (usually 12 months), Currys will offer you a prompt repair service.

All returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase.

• For small items such as audio products, cameras, computers and small TVs, complete the small items return form. DPD will collect your item at a convenient time for you.
• For large items including major appliances like washing machines, fridges, freezers and ovens, complete the large items return form. Currys will contact you to arrange a collection.
• If you’d like to return an online purchase to the store, complete the store return form. Just let a member of staff know when you arrive at your selected store.
