Yes, I had never had this treatment before so I was a little bit nervous, but Emma reassured me and explained everything before, and as I was having the treatment. My brows look amazing and I can’t wait to go for the second treatment.

First treatment was lovely, but unable to book the 2nd treatment - every time I rang (12 times according to my phone record) there was a reason why they couldn't book me in - therapist away, waiting for a new booking sheet, iPad in use next door, waiting for Groupon to confirm extensions to vouchers (even though mine was still in date) etc etc. Finally booked a treatment, only to have it cancelled and no reply to my messages about a new date.
