First treatment was lovely, but unable to book the 2nd treatment - every time I rang (12 times according to my phone record) there was a reason why they couldn't book me in - therapist away, waiting for a new booking sheet, iPad in use next door, waiting for Groupon to confirm extensions to vouchers (even though mine was still in date) etc etc. Finally booked a treatment, only to have it cancelled and no reply to my messages about a new date.

Treatment was 15 mins late. No apology and no explanation. Was given an iPad to enter my details.. barely worked and took ages. Therapist left the room twice during treatment excluding mask time which was fine to leave and was explained to me. No after care - not even asked if I enjoyed it and was left to leave. Tried to call to book my 2nd treatment. Left 6 voicemails over 2 weeks... wish I had never bought this. No wonder they have been on Groupon for over 6 years! No organic customers go back to them.
