Seven varied courses await guests at Tirage, introduced by a dish of rock oysters. Pickled watermelon rind, toasted sesame seeds and chilli complement a seared Yellowfin tuna carpaccio, before diners move onto a spinach risotto with garlic and feta cheese. Peach and Champagne sorbet precedes a course of barbecue steak with Atlantic prawns, followed by plates of cheese. Finally, the occasion is completed by a chocolate ganache with spiced biscuit.

Tirage couples rare Champagnes and quality wines with stylish fine dining at its Bishopsgate venue. Restaurateur David Moore has extended his Michelin-starred experience to direct the creation of a varied menu of French cuisine. With high ceilings, wooden floors and exposed brick walls softened by warm lighting, the restaurant is within a few minutes' reach of Liverpool Street station.
